Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products
Most products offered by Ninety Two Concept are custom-made or produced on a made-to-order basis. These items are created specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications, which may include size, materials, finishes, fabrics, colors, and design details. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation, and production will not commence until payment has been received in full.
Due to the custom nature of these products, all custom-made and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once the order has been confirmed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all specifications, measurements, and design details prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, changes or modifications may not be possible.
Images and Visual Representations
Images, drawings, renderings, photographs, and visuals displayed on the website or shared with customers may be original, digitally rendered, or generated using artificial intelligence. Such visuals are provided for illustrative, conceptual, and reference purposes only and may not reflect exact proportions, colors, finishes, textures, or final production details. Actual products may vary due to materials, craftsmanship, lighting conditions, screen settings, or production methods. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment service providers. We do not store or process payment card details directly.
Orders and Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance of an order occurs once it has been confirmed for production or delivery. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, location, and logistics. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Measurements, Access, and Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, dimensions, access points, elevators, doorways, staircases, and site conditions are accurate and suitable for delivery and installation. Ninety Two Concept shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements, limited access, or site conditions that prevent delivery or installation.
